How We Create Your Personalised Gifts For You

The moment we receive your order, the process begins. We hand-pick your oak from our premium kiln-dried European stock — sustainably sourced from trusted FSC and PEFC suppliers. Each piece is chosen for its beautiful grain, strength, and character, and we never compromise on quality.

Before we start cutting, we carefully review your design. If anything needs clarifying, we’ll be in touch to make sure it’s perfect. Every detail matters.

Your oak is then cut and planed to exact size. Where multiple pieces are needed, we work from the same board wherever possible to ensure a flawless colour and grain match.

For strength and longevity, any joins are made using fully waterproof adhesive — because our creations are made to be used and loved for a lifetime, not just admired on a shelf.

We’re meticulous about the finish. Each piece is sanded four times — first to achieve a smooth base, again after engraving, and twice more for a truly flawless feel. Finally, we apply a coat of Osmo Top Oil to enhance the oak’s natural beauty and protect it for years to come.

The result? A personalised oak gift that looks and feels exceptional from the moment you open the box.
