Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After 48 hours, we will have begun work on your item and cancellations will no longer be possible.
Refunds & Returns

As all of our products are custom-made and personalised, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an item has been created and dispatched.

This policy is in place because personalised goods cannot be resold.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with an error that is our fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [info@craftycowengraving.co.uk] with your order details and photos of the issue.
